It's your first night as the security guard of San Lázaro Hospital, closed for years.

You have until 6:00 AM to finish your shift: restore the power, open the records room, unlock the exit...

But you're not alone. SHE walks the corridors, and the crawling ones hear every step.

▸ 3 nights of puzzles: fuses, keycards, codes painted on the walls and a lever panel.

▸ Real stealth: your flashlight gives you away, running makes noise, lockers only save you if she didn't see you get in — and she can hear you breathe.

▸ Readable AI: clicks mean she heard you, a shriek means she saw you, a long moan means she lost you. After a long chase she backs off for a while.

▸ 3D sound: if you hear footsteps that aren't yours, it's her. Play with headphones.

▸ Every night is different: items, codes and wall writings move around, plus a random patrol task and a cursed room.

▸ 10 collectible notes and a full ending if you find them all.

▸ 4 difficulty levels, checkpoints, "Continue" if you close the game, and "wake up in the guard booth" if she catches you.

▸ Optional microphone: if you talk in your room, they hear you.

▸ Gamepad support, remappable keys, sound captions, FOV, separate volumes and a "Reduce flashes" mode.

▸ English and Spanish (choose on the first screen or in Settings).

HOW TO PLAY

Browser: click "Run game" and use fullscreen. Headphones recommended.

Windows (recommended): download the zip, unzip it and run "Ultimo Turno.exe".

If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click "More info" → "Run anyway".

Es tu primera noche como vigilante en el Hospital San Lázaro, cerrado desde hace años.

Tienes hasta las 6:00 para cumplir el turno: recuperar la luz, abrir el archivo, liberar la salida...

Pero no estás solo. ELLA hace la ronda por los pasillos, y los que se arrastran oyen cada paso.

▸ 3 noches con puzles: fusibles, tarjetas, códigos pintados en las paredes y un panel de palancas.

▸ Sigilo de verdad: la linterna te delata, correr hace ruido, las taquillas solo te salvan si no te ha visto entrar… y te oye respirar.

▸ Una criatura que se entiende: chasquidos = te ha oído, chillido = te ha visto, gemido largo = te ha perdido.

▸ Sonido 3D: si oyes pasos que no son tuyos, es ella. Juega con auriculares.

▸ Cada noche es distinta: objetos, códigos y pintadas cambian de sitio, una tarea de ronda al azar y una habitación maldita.

▸ 10 notas que coleccionar y un final completo si las encuentras todas.

▸ 4 dificultades, puntos de control, "Continuar" si cierras el juego y "despertar en la garita" si te atrapa.

▸ Micrófono opcional: si hablas en tu habitación, te oyen.

▸ Mando, teclas configurables, subtítulos de sonidos, campo de visión, volúmenes separados y modo "Reducir destellos".

▸ En español e inglés (se elige en la primera pantalla o en Ajustes).

CÓMO JUGAR

Navegador: pulsa "Run game" y ponlo a pantalla completa. Mejor con auriculares.

Windows (recomendado): descarga el zip, descomprímelo y abre "Ultimo Turno.exe".

Si Windows avisa con "Windows protegió su PC", pulsa "Más información" → "Ejecutar de todas formas".
